20” Perforator & 22” Guillotine Paper Cutter

I need to make some extra room in my house so I have decided to part with a 20” Perforator on cast iron base. The perforator is foot pedal operated and works quite well.

Also for sale is a 22” guillotine paper cutter with two blades; one sharp and one that needs sharpening.

Both items are already partially disassembled from moving them back up to my main floor.
