Heated Chase for Embossing

We are a medium sized commercial printer on the central coast of California. In addition to our regular presses, we have a 10x15 Heidelberg Windmill which we run nearly every day to do diecutting, numbering, and embossing.

At times, when the emboss is more complicated, or the stock is heavier, we use another shop in the area to do the job because the stock tends to crack without heat.

We are looking to get a heated chase - or simply a small heat plate - so we can begin to do some of the more complicated emboss jobs ourselves.

Anybody have any leads on heat plates? Suggestions on where to get them? Any information we can get would be incredibly helpful!
