C&P / Any Letter Press for that Matter

We are interested in a C&P Press or Hiedelberg Windmill. Located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Would prefer to find an available press locally. The closer the better, yet, we will travel for a solid price and/or a great machine. Any and all help is welcome.
