I am looking for a working press that is good for beginners. I am a graphic designer that wants to begin printing invitations or stationery with a letterpress. I am fairly good at assembling things, so I am willing to look at a press that needs minor assembly or cleaning. I am also looking for advice. As I said, I’m a beginner, so any insight you have to ink, rollers, etc. is welcome. I would like it to print at least 5x7,” but I won’t be going too much larger than that, so a table top or a smaller press may be ideal. As long as it’s small enough and not too heavy, I have a small SUV I can transport the press in. Thanks in advance!
