Paper Cutter part

My friend has a very nice paper cutter that is in need if a part.
It is the big ‘NUT’ the allows the paper weight to raise and lower by spinning the top wheel.

Please take a look at the attached pictures and let me know if you may have an old ‘parts cutter’ that has this piece.
