At Classic Letterpress we produce very high quality letterpress printing. We print posters, fine press books, invitations, stationery, lines of greeting cards, etc. Equipment in the shop includes a 18x23 KSBAZ Heidelberg Cylinder, 10x15 Heidelberg Platen (Windmill), photopolymer platemaker, Vandercook SP-15, foundry type, and paper cutter. Norman Clayton, a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, has 20 years of experience as a letterpress printer, and also works as a graphic designer, press operator trainer, photographer, teacher and book artist. We maintain an internship program. After 19 years in the Bay Area, we are now happily living and working in Ojai, California.
