Antique Style Paper Cutter, Pat. 1879, 24 inch

I have available a 24 inch Paragon Cutter. Complete with safety latch, side guide on bed of cutter, no welds, in garage, easy access, on 2x4 skids. Good blade, lovely old bit of functional antiquity, painted black, gold lettering.
