6X9 Side-lever ??? Needs Ink Table and/or New Home

I always buy presses when I see them, loving them for 60 years. I found this recently in an out of the way place and felt it needed the right home. No idea of maker or manufacturer. The 6x9 chase slides into place behind two fixed pins (tad stuck at moment). Excess to my needs, love to find the correct ink table or the right home. Located near Keene, New Hampshire.
