Challenge 23” paper cutter

Challenge HL 230 23” Paper cutter with 3 blades. Very well maintained hand lever cutter with spring blade lock. very good condition! Used for a small stationery company for the last 5 years. Includes 3 blades (1 original and nearing the end of its life. 1 brand new, never sharpened and 1 about a year old sharpened 3 or 4 times.)

Includes stand (some cosmetic blemishes but works fine) cutting sticks, blade holders and manual.
