| Profile | Blacktop Press was created when the linocut relief prints created by Mark Huebner were included in a touring exhibition of book illustrations. As a relief print artist and graphic novelist, Mark started out using press equipment at Open Studio, Toronto and Biting Dog Press. Over the past 3 years, Mark has acquired movable type & 3 presses: 3x5” Kelsey, 6x10” Kelsey, 12x20” Nolan. These are used to proof book illustrations as well as for printing limited edition prints, cards & posters. |
