Monumental Press & Type Foundry

Printing for pleasure the press undertakes jobs for family, friends, and a few others. New type is cast for Monumental Press work and in limited quantities for collaborative jobs and special projects. The press holds a 12X18 Golding Jobber, 7X11 OS Pearl, Ostrander Seymore iron hand press, Poco Proof Press, C&P 30” paper cutter, Model 15 Linotype, Thompson Caster, Orphan Anne sorts caster, Ludlows, and a working collection of 19th and 20th century wood and metal type.
