Only registered users can contact you unless you include an email address in your ad. For further information see Email addresses and spam in Classifieds & forums.

We have been quite successful in eliminating spam and scams, but occasionally people will register and contact advertisers. If you feel that you have received a suspicious email, do not answer it. Forward the entire email to the Briar Press spam address included at the top of the email message. If the message is a scam, we can block the user, but without hearing from you, there is no way we can be aware of this abuse of the system.
