Chester Creek Press

Chester Creek Press was founded in December of 2001 when its first book, a selection of poems by Edna St. Vincent Millay, was printed on a 9 x13 inch Kelsey press.
That undertaking came as a result of an independent study in bookbinding at Vermont college in the final semester of my studies for a bachelors degree. A few years later found me in possession of a Vandercook SP15, an MFA in Book Arts from The University of Alabama, and a new obsession for type, printing, and bookbinding.
