I recently acquired a Kelsey table-top press (Model P) Victor and thanks to Google, Letpress and Boxcar was able to print out a handbook, invaluable for setting up and using the press. Many thanks!!

NA Graphics maybe?

I have tried NA Graphics for this manual and was told that none exists.
