American Printing House for the Blind Museum

With a unique focus on the history of education for the blind, the American Printing House for the Blind houses the only museum of its kind in the country. The collection features letterpress printing equipment adapted to the production of braille books and magazines, as well as special purpose machine tools designed for the work of the printing house.
The museum is open Monday through Saturday, with tours of the printing floor available Monday through Thursday. Admission is free. Please call for exact hours or check our web site.
