Museum of Printing, The

The Museum of Printing is dedicated to preserving the history of the graphic arts, printing equipment and printing craftsmanship. In addition to many special collections and small exhibits, the Museum contains hundreds of antique printing, typesetting and bindery machines, as well as a library of books and printing related documents.

The Museum is open every Saturday, year-round, 10am to 4pm in our new building in Haverhill, Mass. Special groups and classes on request.

I volunteer at a museum with a print shop which has a Samson 2 improved letterpress. It is missing Grippers. If anyone has a Samson 2 and could send a photo of how the grippers attach to the bar that can help for me to make new grippers for the samson
