It is a Sigwalt, probably the earlier Nonpareil model which had a round base, and looks to be in fine condition. These are excellent little tabletop presses capable, I think, of better work than most of the other makes of similar size. It’s hard to tell from the photos but it looks to be either a 4”x6” or 5”x8” chase size (inside measurements of chase) — I don’t know precisely how long those challenge quoins are. I think given current prices of inferior presses you got a good buy.

Yes, an uncommon round-base Sigwalt. It appears to be complete and have decent rollers which is unusual. I concur with Bob in that you got a fair deal.
Bob and John are right on the money here. The only thing I can add is that it is 4 x 6 for sure as the 5 x 8 has a stirrup handle. Very nice press and a good price.
