geometric lathe or engraver, I think!

Rescued from a wash,d.c. Print shop. I was told that it was a geometric lathe engraver used to create the swirl design on currency printing plates. I also have some heavy cast iron cabriolet style legs for it. I am willing to sell it if I get some more info and maybe pics of another one out there. Please contact me with any info or photos.it is and has been in a crate for several years and I don’t recall any mfg. marks on it.
