truck wear

We have a 12 x 18 Kluge which I was running with a rider roller on the form rollers and the rider roller started to bump against the side at the top of each cycle and try to jump out of its holder. Inspecting showed the problem as the roller core pegs had worn a groove in the plastic trucks so that the rollers could roll independently of the cores in one direction and get out of sync with the rider roller. Something to keep an eye on
