I can’t remove my magazines on C4

Last night I was wanting to change out my magazines on my C4, I couldn’t get them to pull down.

I think a mat or two has fall, where the best place to look for these mats? All three magazines will not pull down.

some part must be wedged but if you cannot see a mat stuck in gear track to pull mag down, have a person at top, you at bottom and with a screwdriver try and force top of mag out of the track and into your hands. Then all 3 should come down. Bob
