The typeface shown is called Bradley. Cast by ATF. Also available in 18 pt Monotype. Skyline Type Foundry has the 18 pt Monotype mats as well as 24 pt size that is cast from (apparently) electrotyped mats.
Bradley was designed by Herman Ihlenburg in 1895 and was modeled on lettering done by Will Bradley. This face with the addition of German characters is named Ihlenburg. A very popular style. Similar looking faces were St. John from the Inland Foundry and Abbey from A.D. Farmer.
There are also Extended and Outline versions of this face.
