Tilting Sucker bar - Heidelberg windmill

Hello, everyone.

The equipment I use is Heidelberg Windmill 10x15.
There is always the problem of tilting the print. (Photo P1)

Try to check for possible problems.
It is currently found that the Sucker bar is almost tilted.
Perhaps the main reason?

Guess this should be the main cause of tilt.
The arm picked up non-horizontal paper because the Sucker bar tilted.
I attached a photo. (photo P2)

This should normally be held horizontally, right?

what should I do? Hit it to make it horizontal again?

Maybe heating? I’m not very good at these techniques.

Is the suction cup device (attaching the knob) on the Sucker bar detachable?
Almost fixed. Or it should not be dismantled.

what should I do?

I come from Taiwan in Asia. English is not good, I hope the article is still polite.

Thank you for taking the time to read.

There are a number of things that can cause a print to run crooked. A bent gripper, a sagging sucker bar, or the feeder back stop not being set square. I presume you are not running guides when encountering this problem. This is one reason many people do use the guides instead, especially when requiring sheet to sheet register.
