Charlotte, NC Letterpress Access
Hi! I’m an art student at Queens University of Charlotte. I was wondering if anyone had any connections with a letterpress that I would be able to use in the Charlotte, NC area? I took a letterpress workshop at Penland School of Craft over this past summer, and I’m looking to incorporate some of what I learned on the Vandercook there into my Senior Capstone Show before I graduate. Unfortunately, my school doesn’t have a letterpress (yet). Let me know if you have any connections to presses I may be able to use in the area! Thanks!
Check the yellow page listing here in the upper right. There is one listing for Heritage Letterpress Rentals in Charlotte. Not sure they have a Vandercook.
When you go to the yellow pages a list will appear on the left that says Studios and Rentals look there.
