Is this a Korrex proofing press?

Hi everyone, I am told by someone from another platform that this is possibly a Korrex proofing press. As I am just starting out and stumbled upon a post that this is up for grabs, before the scrappers get it (!), I am eager to find out about it.
Can someone please tell me what it is, and hopefully even share some information about it? I am also keen to find out about restoring it. Sorry, this is the only picture that’s available to me. Thank you very much for your input!
