Greer Graphics

This Press belonged to my father, William M. Greer. He was a hobby printer, and private publisher, who worked in many areas of the printing industry, mostly as an advertising manager and buyer of printing, for companies; General Electric and Columbia Records. He, also, worked for Electrographic Corporation’s New Haven division, during the later days of letterpress. His final work was as a proof-reader for Danbury Printing Co.’s book printing division. He died at age 83, in 1991. He was a member of the Amalgamated Printers’ Association from 1970 to 1990.
