Poppy Press’ online business card seems to have a left hand configured platen. I’ve never seen one with the flywheel on the right hand side and the feed table on the left. Or is this some trick letterpress technique I don’t know about!!!???!!!

My earlier comment about Left and Right hand feed platens, it relates to Poppy Letterpress, not Poppy Press.
No trick technique. The photo was mirrored. If you browse the site you can see the press in action… with the flywheel on the left.
Yes, it’s a mirrored shot, sorry. I was too busy being arty to stay technically correct.
