looking for a one time - one sheet- large paper — print

i am looking to print my Quaker wedding certificate by letterpress. size if flexible but needs to be approx. 18 x 25 inches. the printing area is much less and in the center with a large paper border. About 100 words. i know large presses exist. i can also set up my own file or other prep if that helps. i am in oregon but am flexible about location. the finished product needs to go to Rhode Island. Anyone?
