How much room for grippers?
Hi,
Is it an inch that you need to leave for the grippers or can I get away with a little less? I’d be using a Vandercook Universal I. I can’t remember! Thanks!

I’d say 5/8” would be the least, that’s as close I can get with my Vandercook 4.
