The Porter Hill Press

My college instructor ran this Kluge 10x15 from 1978-2001 when he retired. 2009 May, I was fortunate enough that he thought of me when the University relocated the print shop, NOT to include the letterpress/linotype equipment. After 25 years in foil stamping/embossing/graphic finishing, The Porter Hill Press reflects my enduring appreciation of the Kluge letterpress by sharing the art of print with the public. I am excited to learn after all…. that I love the smell of ink in the morning!
