Milton Keynes Museum

The Milton Keynes Museum follows the history of the Milton Keynes area from the 1800s to the present.

One of the exhibits is a printshop that displays a typical large jobbing shop used by a printer and typesetter. The exhibit includes a Columbian Press several platen presses varying from small hand operated Adanas to larger treadle types such as the Diadem, Jardine, Cropper and Golding Jobber, dating from 1880 to 1930.

The largest machine is the Wharfedale stop cylinder press with a patented flyer delivery of the 1880s.
