Antique 1889 Challenge Machinery Paper cutter

Hello,
I have an antique Challenge Machinery/ Chicago IL Paper cutter The date on it is says July23 1889. NO. 19720 TMRECD and is 25 1/2” .

It is in excellent and working condition,

This was my moms when she was a printer, and didn’t know if anyone knew how much it was worth, or knew where I could find that out. I am interested in selling it possibly, any help is appreciated.
