Hi, I have always wanted to learn how to use a letterpress and have come across a Kelsey Junior (Model R) letterpress for Free. I really want to learn how to use it and learn the basics before spending funds to purchase a larger one (both budget and space is limited).
The problem is that it is in bad shape. It is missing the ink plate, Chase, and Chase Bed. I have had this for months and have been looking at printing websites, ebay, and asking information from suppliers but no one seems to have or make any of the parts. The smallest anyone makes are 3x5 chases. Does anyone have any of these parts to sell or know where I could purchase them? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
