Recommendations for a table for C&P Pilot?

I’m looking for any ideas as for the type table/etc to put my incoming Pilot on?

Well, I have a Sigwalt 6 x 9 and I bought one of those solid pine tables from Ikea. It’s held up very well and I felt free to shorten the legs since I’m short. I don’t know the name but it has a lower shelf and it’s just big enough on the top and the legs are very solid.

I made a good, solid table for a Pilot using scrap 4 X 4s for legs, a scrap piece of 3/4” plywood for the top, and some scrap 1 X 6s for sides. Everything was nailed together with common nails. It was as stout as a horse and it worked very well.

I would go the way of Kevin. If you don’t have something quite stout it will eventually come apart. The press is 225lbs and when you pull the handle repeatedly it will shake a less well built table. And I’ve seen what comes from Ikea.
