What is this press worth?

I am looking into buying a 6X10 inch Kelsey Excelsior press, Victor style, with a side-arm. The press includes 22 fonts of type, all furniture to set it, a typesetting tray, and a brass galley. The ink rollers look to be about new but might need to be replaced. The press itself is in excellent shape - no rust. What is a reasonable price to pay for this press?
