Wire Stitcher and Paper Drill

I just acquired two items that I would like to find manuals for:
Latham Machinery Co. Monitor Wire Stitcher No. 2 1/2 R w/ Patent Dates of 10-29-1895, 1-22-1899 and 1-15-1901 on the glass plate.
Challenge-Meilke Paper Drill No. 268
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
