Over the past 40 years I have done letterpress typesetting, and press work. But, never done embossing work.
Does anyone know how I can learn this art?
All the work I done before now, has been newspaper and job shop work. Other people around me did embossing, but I never learned it.
When i learned i asked the die maker thousands of questions, i had printed for 25 years before trying embossing, after being shown what to do i still screwed up and flattened my first die, but after you get the hang of it it gets easier. Dick G.
