Paper trimming in NYC

I know that there have been several discussion topics on paper cutting, and trustworthy businesses that still care about doing the job right. I recently moved and don’t know a place I can trust to trim down my job. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good paper cutter in the NYC metro area?

What’s your sheet size and where in NYC are you? There are a few options depending where you are and how far you’ll be willing to travel. In williamsburg there is Amax printing, in Gowanus there is the Gowanus Studio space (they have a large cutter), and maybe even myself in Greenpoint if it fits my 19” knife width.
