Can you fix our press in Chicago?

Hi!
I work for a small non-profit arts-based community center & we have this cylinder press (#18 Vandercook composing room press ) that we know VERY LITTLE about!

Recently we had the great pleasure of Paul Aken, of The Platen Press, come out and explain how to use this awesome machine. However, he discovered that our press’s cylinder needs to be retimed. We, of course, do not know how to do this and would appreciate the help from anyone who thinks they can fix it!
If you are able to fix it, you can come in and use it whenever you like!

We would love to get this press back to functioning order so we can share it with our youth- Please let me know if you can help!
