Saddle Wearing away on C&P 10x15

I recently noticed the single saddle on the right side of my press is really worn and the roller slips pretty drastically during printing. Is there a way to fix this without replacing the saddle? Also if anyone knows what causes this while the other 5 saddles are perfectly intact, I would love to know that too!

I have attached a photo below. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Are you oiling the saddles?

The best rule of thumb is if there is metal on metal moving parts then they should be oiled. Without oiling the softer metal will wear down while leaving the harder more intact.

If you don’t want to replace the saddle itself, a local machine shop or fabricator ought to be able to weld in an insert and cut/drill a new radius to match the originals.
Before doing that however, I would get a price comparison between a new saddle or having this one repaired.

Thanks so much for your help! I will start by adding extra oil and go from there!
Much appreciated!
