Hi Louis,

Checking in again and hoping you have a date that the letterpress will be ready.

I am hoping you will not be giving me another excuse as I am feeling uneasy as to how long this has been taking.

I look forward to your reply soon.

Thank you,

It must be nice to live in a world of make-believe. unfortunately, it is very destructive. we are to meet in court shortly, and I will keep you posted. Meanwhile, here is an e-mail a little closer to the truth. I will post the photos of an Excelsior Pilot 7 x 11 as soon as I can re-size the photos. Thanks for reading . Louis

Thanks for the photos and for keeping me posted. All I can say is “You’re the man” and I know that you’ll do it right. I’m getting excited.

Can this post be closed?? I’m not sure why Louis feels the need to share this email with the Briarpress community.

This is flat out disgusting. Lou will stop at nothing to try to cling to any sort of respectability. First, the email from the buyer was written in August…nearly two months ago. How his continued failure to produce a machine or return her deposit is a legal action for him is a mystery. Fortunately, Lou seems to want to end up in court, which is exactly where HE is going to be, and not through his own volition.

I agree that this thread should be closed as Lou seems to be taking this to a new level by outing his buyer by name and email address and by advertising legal battles to come. A step beyond what has been laid out to this point.
