Deep relief and standard base height

A friend at my church offered to make me a plate base for my press out of hardwood, maple or something that wouldnt warp easily, I told him 6x9 for my 8x12 press, but what thickness or height in deep relief and standard relief should it be to allow room for a polymer plate to make the whole thing plate and all type high? Thank you!

I don’t print using photo polymer plates, but I recall this article has some very useful information concerning the different plate thicknesses, and what you need to bring them up to .918”…
