cutter ID?
There is no ID on the cutter in this photo. Anyone have a clue?

Looks like a Chandler and Price I once used.
There is no serial number on here that I can find. Looks like the plate at the top was removed at some point; there’s a weld spot in the middle. I suspect it’s an early C&P, but I can’t find a photo of one like this.
