Its a Vicobold, looks like the motor is missing. And all the bits - at £500 its too much.
I have a complete one with rollers and chases for less if anyone is interested?

not sure if its model t(readle) motorised or c that could be converted back to treadle, no reply from seller but looks excellent condition
The Vicobold was a press in the UK that never had a treadle….
I dont think it could be converted.
