Shipping an Adana 8x5
Hello - I apologize in advance if this topic has been discussed recently. I am in the process of moving internationally (from UK to US) and I need to get my Adana 8x5 letterpress home safe and sound. I am entertaining the idea of packing my press in a compact box and checking it as an extra piece of luggage on the plane. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best type of packing material? I assume lots and lots of bubble wrap :) I will obviously remove the rollers but does anyone suggest taking the letterpress apart partially? Any input in this department would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
