Motor needed for a Damon & Peets 8x12

I am in the market for a motor solution for my Damon & Peets 8x12. She’s a little heavy on the gears and I am recently just out of having a 2 level fusion to my neck completed.

Any advice on what to look for & where.. price etc. I know I need a variable speed etc. but I have no idea what type and speed. Links to something would be super helpful!!
