Paragon guillotine paper cutter

I’m selling my antique Paragon paper cutter which dates to 1881. It has a 25” blade. The blade still has some life in it, but is due for a sharpening soon. It has a weld on the arm/lever, but that has never been problematic. It takes up about 43” in width, including the arm, and is about 40” long. I was able to find room for it in my tiny studio no problem. Asking $600. Pick up only please. (Portland, OR)
