Sub-letting Letterpress Studio in London

Hi,
I am looking to sub-let my letterpress studio as I won’t be using it as much due to pregnancy/baby coming…
I have a Vicobold Press in fully functioning order in a nice studio space in Earlsfield.
The studio space is located in a commercial printing studio and you would have access to some of their machines such as guillotine…
I am looking for someone who has experience in letterpress printing and who needs to access a press.
