Bids x 6 and counting, currently nudging £200 Sterling, $320+ U.S. Dollars. Very eloquent Spiel, including No rollers, 3 out of 4 Runners/Trucks, and missing left side Roller hook, quoted as Nylon?? Doesnt sound quite the Full Dollar/Shilling.
This kind of sale probably loved by our U.K. Adana, *expert* Singular.!!!
Perhaps “the author” should offer good S/hand hook(s) or re manufactured in Brass, + set of 4 original Black plastic runners/trucks, in good condition.
Or even set of 4 re manufactured Runners/Trucks in aluminium (with grub screws to lock on). Admittedly with metric grub screws, but with Allen Key to suit.
Mick, I know this guy, he’s not dishonest. Actually I told him to flog it. The plastic roller arms are still available from Caslon and is an easy mend.
Its madness how much these are fetching now….!
Jez, Thank you, acknowledged and understood, the thrust of my effort was to point out to the eventual buyer, that it would not be, UNCRATE & PRINT, as Tommy Cooper would have said, *Just Like That* but not quite.??
Not too impressed by the frequent, Adana X, Y, Z, etc For sale, JUST needs Rollers etc, easily obtainable from E bay etc. Yes, but at what price, and do we EVER see M/c for sale With actual Machine proof, from a machine allegedly in good working order, with no rollers, Does not equate.???
