Street Printing Festival 2015 on June 21. A day-long celebration of printmaking and book arts at the Sebastopol Center for the Arts.
It is not too late to be part of the fun!
June 21, Sebastopol Center for the Arts will host the second fabulous Street Printing Festival.
In this free event, a pavement roller and the Sebastopol Center for the Arts’ parking lot will be used as a giant printing press. Original linocuts created by local artists will be pressed by the roller in front of a live audience to create large-scale prints from which a limited number will be for sale.
In conjunction with this exciting event, booths at the street printing festival create opportunities for the audience to engage and discover professional and amateur book artists, writers and scholars; and to share the pleasures of letterpress printing, bookbinding, letterforms and artists’ books.
