Unknown Lakeside Script clone

I have recently acquired this 24 pkt left side slanting typeface. It’s probably cast here in Europe, but I think it’s American last half of the 19. century in its design and origin. Remark the th and &Co ligatures and the ¢ in the last line. No pin mark.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
